Mario Party 5 is a video game for the Nintendo GameCube. It is the second Mario Party game on the GameCube.

Plot

In the story mode Bowser and the Koopa Kids are goning to ruin everyone's dreams. And the player must beat them to win the story mode.

Gameplay

There are ten playable characters in this game. And three of them are new characters. The new characters are Toad, Boo, and Koopa Kid. Items in the game are now replaced by capsules, given to the player for free whenever they pass by a capsule machine. Capsules can either be used by the player for a certain fee or thrown onto the board in hopes of their opponent landing on the space.
